There's now an option available for putting sugar on your cereal and in
your beverages. It's called Stevia and it's available in health food
stores. Stevia is from South America and has been used for thousands of
years as a sweetener. It's around 150 to 250 times sweeter than sugar.
Because of that you'll have to experiment with the amount you'll need.
And the best part is it has no calories.
