GINGER IS GREAT FOR MOTION SICKNESS


Ginger can be used to stop motion sickness and seasickness.
I've used ginger when I've taken a cruise and no sickness. Researchers
at the University of Michigan have corroborated it. They spun 10
volunteers around in a drum. One group took a placebo and they rated
their nausea 7.8 out of a possible 10. Those who ate one gram of ginger
rated their nausea measly 1.5. So enjoy the ginger.
