ADD HEART DISEASE AND EVEN DEPRESSION TO STRESS!

When you are under sustained levels of stress (like getting stuck in traffic jams twice a day), you wind up increasing not only your blood pressure, but you also cause adrenaline to be secreted.
This can lead to increases in heart disease.  The high blood pressure increase the heart's work-load which weakens it over time.  It also can wind up increasing the risk of stroke, heart attack, kidney failure and congestive heart failure.   Depression can also increase risks to the heart.

What do you want your blood level to be?  Optimum levels would be 120 over 80.   You definitely want to keep it under 140 over 90.
