Diabetes - Think Apple Cider Vinegar – Think Weight Loss, Too!

Dr. Julian Whittaker in his newsletter, “Healthy Directions”, reported on a study in which diabetics took 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water and a non-caloric sweetener before a high-carbohydrate meal. The result was that they had reduced glucose and insulin responses. The vinegar worked just as well as diabetic drugs to cut the blood sugar surge. It was also very effective for pre-diabetics to use.

A study by the same researcher found that volunteers who had two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before two of their daily meals for four weeks lost an average of two pounds. Some lost up to four pounds. So...pass the apple cider vinegar, please.
