Magnesium Prevents Type 2 Diabetes

We are in the midst of an epidemic of people getting Type 2 Diabetes. Two recent studies published in Diabetes Care found some amazing results from taking magnesium. One study of 125,000 people over an 18-year period found that those taking the highest levels of magnesium were the least likely to develop Type 2 Diabetes. The other study found that even overweight women with the highest levels of magnesium were 22% less likely to develop Diabetes. So...make sure you include 500-1,000 mg a day of Magnesium in your diet or your supplement.
