Another Way To Boost Brain Performance

Piracetam is another way to boost your brain's performance. It was discovered in the 1960s and is a compound that enhances memory and learning and protects the brain from physical and chemical injuries. Studies have focused on its ability to help with dyslexia, post-strokes and head injuries, alcohol withdrawal, Alzheimer's cognitive impairment and dementia. Piracetam is non-toxic and has no sedative, stimulating or behavior altering effects.

One study followed 104 Alzheimer's patients with cognitive decline. Within a few weeks nearly all the participants had significant improvements in tests of memory and concentration-psychomotor speed. It even helped patients with depression.
