If you have any of the symptoms of
fatigue, depression or memory loss, you may have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Of
26 to 49 year olds, 17% were completely deficient in B12 while another 40% had
low to normal levels. So before you start taking medications, experiment with
some Vitamin B12.
