PEOPLE WITH ASTHMA CAN EXERCISE


If you have asthma you can exercise without triggering an attack if you do the following:
 Do warm-up and cool down timesDrink plenty of water before, during and after exercisingKeep salt under 2,000 mg per dayIncrease Vitamin C to 2,000 mg per dayDo swimming and water aerobicsAvoid weather extremesKeep your inhaler handy just in case

And don't forget to have fun!
