The FDA has made it official. Potassium
can help stop strokes from happening and lower high blood pressure. Strokes
affect 500,000 people every year and high blood pressure affects 50 million.
Some foods that are rich in potassium are baked potatoes, plain low-fat yogurt,
orange juice from concentrate, bananas, and tomato juice. If you can't get
enough potassium from foods make sure it's in your daily vitamin supplements.
