EXERCISE AND THE HEART

One of the ways of preventing heart disease is to get physically active.  One study showed women who were physically active had a 60 to 70% lower risk of heart disease.  Something as simple as a brisk walk is great to do.  If you can't get 30 minutes in at one time, you can even do 10 minutes three times a day.
