Exercising Effectively In 12 Minutes Once A Week

bodybyscienceWould you like to be able to exercise once a week for 12 minutes and get a high intensity workout?

Well, you can. Dr. Doug McGuff has developed a high-intensity interval training using weights.

Dr. McGuff calls this a super-slow weight training program. The key is you are lifting the weights as slowly and gradually as you can.

The first inch should take about two seconds. You’ll take about 7 to 10 seconds to do the full movement. Next, you’ll slowly lower the weights.

You’ll do 4 to 8 repetitions. When you reach exhaustion, keep trying to lift the weights for another five seconds without jerking your body to get the last repetition. To learn more about this approach go to www.superslowzone.com.
