Swimming Can Cut Your Blood Pressure

swimmingbloodpressureResearch published in The American Journal of Cardiology reported that older adults who started swimming a few times a week cut their systolic blood pressure by nine points in three months.

Also, when you get your blood pressure checked, have them check both arms as you could have narrowing of the arteries in just one arm.
