The news on Vitamin Ds impact just keeps getting better and better. A study from Wake Forest School of Medicine found that as we age we lose our ability to be limber.
The researchers found that Vitamin D keeps a person limber. In the study, the 70 to 79-year-olds with the highest levels of Vitamin D were the least likely to have trouble walking and stair climbing.
The Vitamin repaired muscle and maintained lower-body strength. Pretty cool results.
So…get a blood test done so you’ll know that your level of Vitamin D is and then take a Vitamin D3 supplement. You want to get into the optimum range with is 50 to 70 ng/lt.
