This sounds like a legitimate question that it would be good to ask since we are all now being surrounded by 5G cell transmission towers?
While I think it’s a good question, it appears that the Federal Communications Commission doesn’t believe it needs to be answered.
How do we know this? It’s because the FCC has had court orders issued by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for the agency to review the health and safety guidelines for radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure. The orders were issued not once but twice!
The first case was in 2019 and then again in 2021. Guess which agency has done since then? How about zilch, nothing, nada to follow the court’s orders?
You guessed right. This means you’re smarter than the entire FCC.
It turns out the ruling in 2019 told the FCC to follow the National Environmental Policy Act guidelines and conduct an environmental impact review on 5G technology.
Then, in 2021 the court required the FCC to review all the scientific evidence regarding the safety of RF radiation for people and the environment.
So, what can we do about this?
Well, two towns in Massachusetts decided to take action and not bury their heads in the sand or roll over to the telecom companies. Both towns on May 1 blocked the installation of 5G cell towers by ruling that the application to build the towers was “incomplete.” The towns want a review to include independent research that is not funded by the telecom industry – a very wise decision.
So…maybe your town or city should take action on this. I’d also suggest you contact your elected officials at all levels of government to put pressure on the FCC to do their job and protect the public’s health and safety! These 5G networks could be harming us and we don’t know it…so far!
