Green Tea May Make You Skinny


In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition , Japanese researchers have found that drinking a bottle of green tea extract containing 690 mg of catechins every day for 12 weeks resulted in a definite weight loss. The subjects drinking the green tea lost three pounds of total body fat and seven inches of surface fat.

With all the other benefits of green tea that I've reported on in other Teplitz Email Reports, this is the one that will probably motivate you the most to drink green tea. Just keep in mind that the amount of 690 mg's of catechins was crucial in achieving the weight loss.
