Researchers from Arizona State University questioned over 30,000 people. Between 5 to 17% were deficient in Vitamin C while 13 to 23% were completely depleted. The two groups who were at the highest risk were Smokers and African American males. So…my recommendation is to do it the easy way and take 1,000 to 1,500 mgs of Vitamin C each day.

Vitamin C Deficiency is Affecting More People Than Thought
Researchers from Arizona State University questioned over 30,000 people. Between 5 to 17% were deficient in Vitamin C while 13 to 23% were completely depleted.
