LAUGHTER: IT'S FUN AND POWERFUL, TOO!


Laughter has to power to make us feel good. Laughing 100 times is the equivalent to 10 minutes on a rowing machine or 15 minutes on an exercise bike. Laughter reduces the levels of certain stress hormones. It boosts the immune system. It lowers blood pressure.
