HORMONE REPLACEMENT - (HRT) WHAT'S A WOMAN TO DO?

The news has not been good for women concerned about stopping or starting HRT therapy to stop the effects of menopause. Two recent studies reported increases in many long-term illnesses for women on HRT.

There are alternative choices available. One is using natural progesterone which comes from yams and soybeans, and the other is tri-estrogen which contains three natural forms of estrogen that is naturally found in a woman's body.

If you want to stop HRT therapy all together, then consider using these three nutrients that help to control and reduce the effects of menopause -  black cohosh, dong quai and soy isoflavones.
