TMJ - IT'S MORE THAN JUST YOUR JAW

TMJ or Tempromandibular Joint pain affects many people. It occurs from tension and misalignment in the jaw. It can result in pain in the jaw and around the temples. It can impact the whole body and how a person feels and functions.

A study in the Journal of the American Dental Association found that doing postural training exercises along with standard pain-management techniques reduced TMJ pain by 40% and reduced neck pain by 38%. See your Doctor or a Physical Therapist for instructions.
