Here's some more proof for the benefits of thinking
positively. Dr. David Snowden in his book "Age with Grace" reported
on a 15-year study of 678 elderly nuns. Dr. Snowden found that having a
positive outlook early in life can add as much as 10 years to your life. The
nuns who were living longer were doing two key things. One is they accepted
negative events as a part of life and two is their attitude was to look forward
with confidence to better times. This is not to say you shouldn't have negative
emotions; rather it's that you believe the future will bring something positive
and better.
This means it's never too late to change your thoughts and
have a dynamic impact on you body.Thursday, February 19, 2015
